TRThe facility was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. The food was very delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
The entertainment at the hotel was insufficient. In particular, the lack of age restrictions in the animation activities (such as football and bocce) made the games difficult to enjoy. Transportation within the resort was also inadequate.

CHITLa struttura è spettacolare, nuova e gestita da personale cordiale e esperto. Le nostre serate sono state bellissime in compagnia di veri e propri professionisti: ballerini, cantanti e acrobati da tutto il mondo. Il cibo di grande qualità e freschezza. In spiaggia ci sono molti ombrelloni e una lunga passerella che ci collega alla meravigliosa barriera corallina. Nel complesso si è trattato di un soggiorno indimenticabile. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che desiderano il top a 360 gradi. Grazie a tutti!
A me personalmente è piaciuto tutto, segnalo solo che è una zona ventosa e a qualcuno potrebbe dare fastidio ma in spiaggia gli ombrelloni sono dotati di utilissimi paraventi. Ci sono molti piccioni e corvi ma la natura non si comanda.

ÇALIŞANLAR. Sen beş yıldızlı sözde “Premium” bir otelsin. Çalışanlarına hiç mi eğitim veremedin. Türkiye sıradan bir otele gitsem daha iyi karşılanırdım. Özellikle Lagoon bardaki adamın bizi bir dövmediği kaldı. Dünya kadar para veriyorsam biraz da olsa özel hissetmek isterim. Sürekli diken üstünde her şeyi uyarıyorlar. Bir şey istiyorsun sanki zorla yaptırıyorsun bir surat. Odadan çıkış yapıyoruz temizlik görevlisi mi her kimse bir şey çalmış mıyız diye daha biz odadan çıkmadan odaları geziyor. NE HAKLA! Yemekler de çok iyi değil. Hele tatlılar çok vasat. Türkiye’deki sıradan otellerin yanından geçemez. ÖNCE ÇALIŞANLARINIZA EĞİTİM VERİN SONRA KONUŞUN. ASLA TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM BİR DAHA DA GELMEM.
AUThe hotel is beautiful and out of this world! I highly recommend to stay at this place. I enjoyed the meals and they are a wide variety of options of food to choose from as well as the other activities that are available at the resort.

TROtel, gerçekten inanılmaz öncelikle bunu söylemek istiyorum. Yemek lezzetleri tamamen alışık olduğunuz türden, ismini bilmediğin yemeği yeseniz bile yabancılık çekmezsiniz;) özellikle Brezilya mutfağını tavsiye ederim. Fakat ocak ayında akşamları hava serin oluyor , bu aylarda giderseniz akşam için sweatshirt almayı unutmayın yanınıza.
