I sent you a message about the huge number of mosquitoes in my room and I was forced to go sleep somewhere else. I had to do it at another hotel. The staff didn't take the matter seriously, unfortunately. Booking also didn't get back to me after I sent them several messages about the matter. I also sent a complaint to the hotel website but without a response.

CYEverything was perfect, service, cleanliness, food choice and facilities. The waterpark was great fun, something for everyone to enjoy. Day one, guest relations booked all our restaurants for the entire stay, no hassle. Couldn't ask for better.
Lack of spoons in The Veranda buffet. Drinks (spirits & cocktails) were sometimes poor but as it's all inclusive you just get something else if you don't like it.
ILEnjoyed our stay so much that it felt shorter than we imagined. The staff were amazing. Enjoyed well maintained rooms and facilities. Great restaurants and also the main dinning buffet was exquisite
