Sterling Arunai Anantha - Tiruvannamalai

Well located, a few km from the Ashram and the temple, just far enough to be very peaceful. The room was comfortable. The staff are very special. Warm and helpful. An especial shout out for Venda and Anjana (front office), Rajiv and Soundarya (House keeping), Karthi and Suresh (restaurant) and not least Jagadeesh the chef. The food was wonderful and reminded us of home cooked food after being on the road for a few days.

A little more attention to the decor, for instance remove the stained and broken chairs form in front of the room.

The rooms are very outdated and dull. Room service had very limited options. Even among those things were not available. Think they are understaffed and housekeeping was poor. Towels were not replaced and we had to ask

The property grounds were nice and the staff were courteous.

- payment was complicated. They sent us a separate link to make the payment and we had to send them the payment confirmation couple of times. - room was not ready until 5:45pm though check in time was at 3pm and we had to wait for 30mins - room and restrooms were not clean. More like a 2 star hotel. - we paid 14k for 1 night and based on the cleanliness, food, etc it was totally not worth the money

Breakfast and the restaurant downstairs is good. There is enough parking space.

No lift. Even suitcases had to carried through stairs (staff helped).

Bath room water logging was the main problem. Open areas could have been maintained properly, with more greenery. Canteen menu need to be improved.

Bathroom drainage not maintained properly.

The resort is a very good option in Tiruvannamali. Good service all around.

The property is very nice clean and very helpful staff, specially anjana& Mr. Mani are very kind and super helpful.

Venda and anjana had a good welcome reception and pleasant stay and wonderful food by shef jagadeesh
