Very nice staff. 15 mins walking distance to restaurants

Bad soundproof, you hear everything (neighbours, loud street), so if you have a light sleep this hotel might be not the best for you

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained with charming colonial-style architecture and lush surroundings. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—special mention to Hridoy, who provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The cool Cameron Highlands climate combined with the peaceful ambience made it the perfect relaxing getaway.

There was nothing major to fault, and overall the experience exceeded expectations. For further enhancement, the property could consider upgrading the mattress and pillows to elevate comfort to an even higher level. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose. What truly made our experience special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always polite. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of.

One downside is that the facilities are not very OKU-friendly. Access to the resort from the parking area is only via stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

The road traffic noise was disappointing, but apart from that, the staff, food and experience was fantastic.
