Hotel is really nice in all manners you would expect from such a hotel (rooms, staff, facilities, good restaurant, etc.) - no reason to complain about hotel itself.

The huge problem is the traffic congestion getting to the hotel. It took us almost 8h (!) to get there from KL. The following morning, we wanted to go to one of the tea plantations which is 10km away, but when we realised that this would mean 1h40h (for 10km!!) in traffic jams we just skipped it. Never going back to Cameron Highlands!

Breakfast can be better...buffet if possible and more veg variety if possible

They tried to make it feel good class, but the sound of traffic from the main road totally spoilt the entire experience. The whole idea of coming from KL to Cameron Highlands is to go somewhere quiet, close to nature, with long walks but no, it felt like we were still in a large city.

The really busy main road right in front of the property really spoilt the entire experience. The least they should have done is double glazed the windows. Pretending there was no problem with the noisy main road just brings the rating of the hotel right down to that of a road side motel.
