The breakfast was not on time and the food taste horrible.

Rustig resort, met mogelijkheden om allerlei dingen daar te regelen (snorkel tour, boottocht retour naar vaste land).

Vrij kleine kamer en douche stelt niet te veel voor.

Buscar allotjament a les illes perhentian és molt complicat, preus molt inflats a tot arreu per la poca qualitat de les instal·lacions de tots els allotjaments en general. Tenint això en compte, aquest era correcte i estava net. Lo maco és l’entorn

Located beside our dive centre, close to the jetty.

Unresponsive front desk, poor maintenance of cafe, lots of mosquitoes, poor buffet (eg 2 days running served nasi lemak at buffet without Ikan bilis). Front desk/reception was very poor. Do not reply to crucial repeated messages (eg they booked my ferry from mainland, but didn't tell me the ferry details, where to collect my tickets etc), and they do not pick up the phone. They charged me RM100 for car transport to airport. Reminded them when booking my accommodation, gave them my full flight details, remixed them when checking in and reminded them twice when checking out that I need the car to be punctual as my flight timing was right. When I arrived back at mainland jetty, the car never showed up. When I called the front desk, it seemed they hadn't arranged for one after all. When I called again after a few minutes, they still hadn't arranged for one. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, with no response from the hotel, I had to take a taxi to the airport at my own cost. Asked the hotel to refund, they made excuses and said they needed to check k with management, even though it's their fault. Since then they have not reached out. Really poor and unprofessional front desk which spoilt my whole experience.

Muy sucio, desayuno bastante triste para haber pagado 130 euros por noche. Hormigas en la habitación que se metían por las maleras. Una experiencia muy mala. Si hubiera costado 30 euros lo puedo entender, pero pir 130 wsperaba muuucho mas

camere sporche con mobilio antiquato, chiedono persino un deposito di MYR 100 nell’eventualità qualcosa cada a pezzo durante la tua permanenza. total scam hotel! due note “positive”: le zanzare presenti sono facili da neutralizzare e la rete wifi viaggia bene. sconsigliatissimo!
