Nice location and clean

Very disorganized restaurant, they often mix up or forget orders and long waiting regardless if the restaurant is busy or not.

L’emplacement

Faites attention à la météo car si elle est pas favorable il n’y a pas de bateaux pour y allez de Kuala besut au îles perhentian. Le petit déjeuner était pas top. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix.

Ombak is close to the ferry pier and the beach. Their restaurant is on sand, half covered by a roof, the rest enjoying full outdoor. They provide daily cinema feature and most evenings a fire show. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabins have air-conditioning and fan, moskito net. fridge and warm shower.

The price is very high for Malaysia but relatively normal for Perhentian Island. At the beginning of the season no breakfast buffet available

- Hot water. - They put on fire shows a few nights a week and a movie night every night at 7.30pm. - Free water refill. - Nice room.

- Sand everywhere. The accom is on the beach so the whole ground is sand which you bring into the room. We put a bucket of water outside our room to rinse off the sand before entering. - The scuba diving and restaurant was ever so slightly more expensive than some other places on the beach. - Asked for 100RM key deposit.

The beach location is great. The staff is very helpful.

The restaurant food is good but 2 or 3 times they forgot something from our order.

Because it wasn’t busy they didn’t have a lot of things fruit, breakfast buffet, 1/2 of dinner menu ect I feel if I pay full rate I should get everything that was promised

Staff cordiale e disponibile, buona location centrale, dive center per immersioni sotto la struttura , possibilità di organizzare il transfer tramite la struttura.

Bagno piccolo , struttura vecchia, camera piccola, rumori esterni la notte dati da perdite d’acqua, ristorante dell’hotel rispetto al menu fornito ha pochissima disponibilità di piatti e i tempi di attesa sono molto lunghi.

Ottima posizione sull’isola, in 10 minuti a piedi si è a Long Beach, ma comunque è bellissima anche questa parte dell’isola un po’ piú intima. Personale gentilissimo, le ragazze alla reception super disponibili e precise, oltre che molto carine. È uno dei top divers centre dell’isola quindi se siete appassionati o curiosi lo consiglio assolutamente, noi abbiamo avuto un’ottima esperienza. Le stanze sono carine, hanno tutto il necessario per un alloggio senza tanti fronzoli.

Si potrebbero rimodernare un po’ i bagni delle stanze e anche i bagni “pubblici”; quanto meno le docce che sono un po’ obsolete oltre che scomode con la tendina in plastica. La pulizia è buona anche se non ottima. Il ristorante dell’hotel meglio lasciarlo perdere e mangiare fuori…
