"Very good but customer service let's it down."

Good location only 20 mins from airport, private beach. Excellent facilities and activities for family. All inclusive. A la carte Turkish and Chinese very good.

Some unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Poor housekeeping had to be told what to do even after given a tip, room not tidy, bed not made properly and no replacement gowns. Buffet food is repeated so can get boring.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and seemed to love their jobs! The place was clean and the food was plenty and great!

The elevators take a while..!
