Everything was excellent. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The food is varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a British gentleman at the reception (I don’t recall his name) who was exceptionally cooperative and professional — we received our room within just 10 minutes. Housekeeping was outstanding; the cleanliness of the rooms was truly impressive. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there seemed to be some favoritism based on nationality, with more attention given to Russian guests.
