A Big Shout out to Komong who was very polite, friendly and very helpful. She made our dinning experience very good.

The Food quality was not very Good. It was in bulk quantity but quality was not that good. And the reception staff needs to be more informative. As i been asking them since my arrival about late check in and was been told to try on the day of check out and the day of check out i have been told that need to pay £90 for a late check out. The staff should have given this info on the first day that there will be charge and not made up story oh we need to see if there is a booking or not. £90 for just an hoir late check out is a ridoculous price.

In our experience, this all inclusive was the best we had last few years. The food drinks are superior facilities were fantastic the pools , water slides so many other countless events and things that are happening for kids practically every 30 minute there was something to do and in addition to lots of water sports that just available with the additional fees

Room needed upgrading , gym opens 7-7 which makes it hard to use

Everything, there is too much to describe. All facilities are well maintained, kept nice and clean, staff are very attentive and food was fantastic, different varieties every day. The hotel does not hold back when it comes to providing you with drink and food - It is as much as you want in the most literal sense possible, and fantastic quality too. A 5 star resort for sure

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. First off, the staff were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. The food was good some days and very good other days.The pools were amazing. If I can get a good price same as what we paid for this holiday.We will book for this September again 🤔

The staff were so helpful and kept everything clean, my room was always clean before I returned and all the services were great. It was easy to find myself around and I had so much Fin I definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing I wish was if there were a bit more varied food at lunch as it was always similar things in the buffet.
