The beach, the restaurant and the view

The stairwell area that you have to get elevators too was very back of house feeling. There was always cleaning, bags or laundry, cars and staff working and was very underwhelming from a design point of view. It really let down the general aesthetic to The stay and rest of the hotel.

Overall a really pleasant experience. We came at the beginning of June and stayed for 6 nights. As a couple in our early thirties, it was, admittedly, on the quieter side compared to what we'd usually go for, but it was certainly a welcomed quietness since we just wanted to stay horizontal the entire time and recharge our batteries. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach is stunning (don't forget to pack rock shoes!) and the pool area is also pleasant. One thing we did find odd is that you still have to pay for your sunbeds at the beach - something which we'd expect to be included. Nevertheless, it was nice that with your beds, you also get 2 coffees and 2 soft drinks included, and the servers are lovely. Another thing lacking for us was music. While there is some music at the pool (albeit a playlist that was on repeat), the beach could have also done with some - just for some vibes for lack of a better word. The gym is very small and could do with a few more equipment like heavier weights, an additional treadmill and more accessories for the cable machine. But it does the job and I've attached some images for those who are curious. The only other minor complaint for us is that reception feels a bit chaotic. This is not because of the staff (who are lovely), but I think the way it's all set up means that reception is essentially juggling many things at once. For example, they shouldn't be the ones handing out towels for the beach - that's something that should be done down by the beach. A few things to help those people have more free time to just focus on check-ins etc would be great. I think this also explains why it took us so long to get replies every time we emailed reception before we arrived. In a nutshell - great people, amazing views, good food. We would consider coming back again.

Beautiful property! Adult only with two lovely pools. Rooms very comfortable with spacious balcony with excellent views of the bay. Breakfast was amazing. We only stayed two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Kamali is a beautiful bay with a few tavernas. A very quiet resort for pure relaxation 🥰

Unfortunately some people still felt entitled to reserve sunbeds before going to breakfast which then restricted the number of beds for those who played fair! The hotels on a steep hillside so there are lots of steps, even with the lift there’s still lots of steps. It was ok for us but maybe not for all.
