One night stay before heading to floating bungalows. Perfect room and facilities, excellent price and staff were attentive and helpful

Os funcionários eram das pessoas mais simpáticas e prestáveis que eu já vi!!! A vista era surreal. Todos os dias acordar com aquela vista, ver o por do sol ali, ouvir toda a natureza que está à volta é algo que não dá para explicar. A comida era média/boa. A cama é super confortável.

Apesar de todos os pontos positivos que tem, sendo um resort, tinha coisas que fizeram com que a estadia não fosse perfeita. Já tinha visto comentários sobre os lençóis da cama estarem rotos e sim, é verdade. A minha fronha da almofada tinha vários buracos e os chinelos do hotel estavam mais super velhos e rotos também. Penso que são pequenas coisas, comparando com as coisas positivas, daí penso que poderiam ser mudadas com facilidade para ficar um autêntico 10 de 10 :)

Everything was perfect, starting from beautiful view from the room and ending on extremly nice and helpful staff. This was one of the best places we visited in our whole trip. Dam is just few minutes away from the hotel and hotel offers private boat trips. If you are looking for a place where you can just chill before and after your lake trip this is it.

The views are absolutely amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

It needs a little maintenance around the pool and outdoors.

Widok jest oszałamiający. Śniadania nie do przejedzenia, polecam spróbować zjeść obiad w restauracji hotelowej - byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni smakiem i wyglądem dań. 500 metrów od hotelu domowe restauracje z widokiem na jezioro z egzotycznym ogrodem. Idealnie przyjechać na dwie noce.

Bywają mrówki i różne robaki natomiast to dżungla i my to rozumiemy. Niskie barierki na tarasie więc przy podróży z córką musiliśmy ją bardzo pilnować ale dla nas to również nie był problem.

This is a small resort with about a dozen rooms (small cottages) built on the side of the hill, with a stunning view of the valley and plains below. The staff were charming, pleasant and helpful.

Quite overpriced though - probably because it's the only 3 star hotel in the vicinity (it's next to Khao Sok national park and Cheow Lan lake). The interior design of the room was quite basic, but the view made up for it. Frankly though, I expected a better styled and appointed room for US$215 a night. Another oddity was the resort's dinner timing - which was 4.00pm to 7.00pm. As we wanted to eat a bit later, we had to go elsewhere for dinner. Anyway, our stay was only for 1 night on the road trip we were on, to see the lake and hike in the national park - so, it was comfortable base to do just that.

Die Zimmer waren schön und der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Highlight. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Pool ist etwas kalt aber sauber und klar und das Frühstück wurde morgens ins Zimmer gebracht, das war lecker. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter, die beim Gepäck helfen und dieses von A nach B bringen – sie sind extrem freundlich und sehr bemüht. Außerdem konnten wir direkt vor Ort einen kleinen Roller für etwa 300 Baht pro Tag mieten, was sehr praktisch war, da die Taxikosten in der Gegend sehr hoch sind, aber wir unbedingt eine Transportmöglichkeit brauchten.

An einigen Stellen merkt man den Zimmern allerdings an, dass sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und eine Renovierung ihnen gut tun würde. Die Kommunikation an der Rezeption war leider schwierig, da kaum Englisch gesprochen wurde. Es hat etwa 30 Minuten gedauert herauszufinden, was ihr eigenes Tourangebot beinhaltet, was etwas mühsam war – am Ende haben wir die Initiative ergriffen und über Google Translate kommuniziert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden englischsprechendes Personal und eine kleine Renovierung das Erlebnis jedoch deutlich verbessern. Ich möchte auch erwähnen, dass es in der Gegend wirklich nichts gibt um etwas zu unternehmen, auch nicht mit Moped. Nach dem ersten Tag, nach der 2 stündigen Bootsfahrt am Cheow Lan Lake wären wir schon durch gewesen.
