Extremadamente lleno de insectos el lugar, no se puede descansar ya que toda la noche te la pasas matando moscos, cortes constantes en el suministro de energía eléctrica no permite usar el clima de manera eficiente, y las cabañas tienen un piso arriba que toda la madrugada se la pasan haciendo ruidos que no te dejan descansar para nada.

Super cute hammock heaven, so many places to chill. Nice pool area, comfy bed, good a/c and a simple kitchen. Great features for a very reasonable price.

Not enough water pressure to shampoo a lot of hair.

Great service. I arrived early and they accommodated me. They offer food and laundry service.

I like the cabins and the pool were fine. No issues. I was there to go to the beach. I didn't like the beach around Chelem. Had to search for a nice place to swim. I did finally find one. Most of the beach access is blocked so be prepared do some searching.

Very clean and comfortable. We especially liked that hammocks were provided to relax in. And the thoughtful extras like coffee and tea making facilities in the cabanas and small gas stove to make simple meals.

I loved it there. My room was spacious and clean. I had a great balcony overlooking the courtyard, and I enjoyed chilling out in the hammock. The grounds were well kept and lovely. Angie was sweet and delightful. She has a little restaurant there with great food. She would also do your laundry for a small amount. She's about a mile out of downtown Chelem, but you can get a motorcycle taxi into town for 20 pesos. I found a great Beach by going across the highway and walking a couple of blocks through a very nice residential area. The beach was nearly deserted most of the time and I found I could walk all the way down the beach to get to the town. I'm a female Solo traveler and I felt safe all the time. I loved it!

The shower never got very hot, but I didn't mind since I'm in a hot climate anyway.

Nice cabana, with great bathroom and little kitchen, also the pool area is nice.

The room we had was facing the street and since there is only a palm roof insulation is pretty bad. The room felt also quite cold at night.
