"Terrible weekend"

Golf course is good and was good to be in the bush

Music blaring at nightclub level from 8 am to 10 pm . When I asked if we could at least have breakfast in relevant silence , I was asked if I preferred to move to the hotel , which couldnt accommodate us . Staff were friendly , but service was very slow Food was mediocre at best . Overpriced breakfast with limited options Untrained staff gave conflicting answers to questions WiFi in our room was not working ( apparently for 6 months prior to us arriving . Aircon leaked in our room I get it was Easter weekend , and bound to be busy, but the noise levels were crazy , and management should have geared up with additional staff

The rooms were clean

Stayed 1hr 15 at the gate,reception did not take calls,we were not sent the five number data before/ at the time of booking, we were only informed of that at the gate,started calling the venue at 20h10 to no avail, only got access to the room at 22h30 .The experience was horrible but BIG UP to the security personnel who were greatly helpful amidst all the reception unhelpfulness. On arrival at reception, the station was unmanned still,WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR REFER ANYONE, thanks for nothing

"Our stay was nice I must say, I would come back and hopefully a bit revamping would have been done"

The Golf Course was nice. The room was spacious. Bed was big and nice. Food was good. Animals walking around.

Room- building shows it is old and not well maintained. The floor was not very clean. The restaurant was extremely noisy and unacceptable. The golf course's rough was too rough and balls were difficult to find. The refrigerator freezer compartment is not very clean.
