Fantastic location,walk anywhere,amazing friendly staff. Renovations are ongoing but that was explained on arrival.

If you are a non smoker it’s not easy to escape the waft from nearby rooms. Maybe a non smoking section would be an improvement.

Location

Room keys not working all the time. No air ventilation in the rooms it was damp and could smell the mould. Long walk to the lobby, which I think the new renovation will change that.

We were in a Alam Lanai room near the garden pool so we didnt need to go too far to swim and the location opposite the beach was great. The closeness to Melasti street was also good so we could go to Garlic Lane easily etc.

The bed was like rock, so bad that we asked them to swap mattresses or rooms. This took nearly a full day and we had to nag before they eventually obtained a topper which improved it slightly. We found the resort to have quite a cramped feel to it, with the rooms on top of each other and we could hear guests coming and going late at night.

Location, staff

Old, grotty and full of mould, ground floor balcony sliding door lock broken, didn’t feel safe… filthy outdoor shower area… couldn’t bathe in it. Avoid this place. Feel sorry for staff, they are lovely.

Very central to many of the things we would like to do. It was right infront of the beach and the property itself was great.

The hotel is a bit dated but the renovations are ongoing. Still it was a great hotel to stay in.
