locations was great and the fact it was a traditional Bali Hotel was a big plus

perhaps the fact that they have got work being done and some of the facility’s are not available, we should have been told prior to confirming our booking

Pool and location.

The pillows were very big and hard. My mistake. I'm sure the staff would have done something to help if I would have asked. Forgot about it until I was going to bed.

So close to the beach but without the mega crowds of Kuta. Smaller boutique resort with a lovely pool with bar, which we usually had to ourselves. A second pool is great for the kids. Legian markets are right next door. Our room overlooking the pool was huge, the staff were amazingly friendly. The dining space overlooked all the colour and atmosphere of Legian where we always stopped for an afternoon tipple to watch the sun set.

The property is undergoing a major renovation and will be exciting to see what unfurls. this did not hinder our stay and the noise from the neighbouring resorts was far greater.
