Wow it's best experience I enjoy in excellent Desert Camp family camp very good food very good service food is delicious and I enjoy also camel right Jeep Safari night star casing Safari and pick up drop also service staff is very friendly culture program is very good enjoy with my family I want to come next time and I want to recommend from excellent Desert Camp best experience in Jaisalmer

"Poor"

The staff were available and trying to resolve our concerns

The room was very dirty and felt it was not cleaned before our arrival. The bed sheets were stained and there was animal dung mear to the pillow. We booked "Excellent Desert Safari" but were brought to another resort and were accommodated in a lower room category stating that we were "off season" so this hotel was closed. Interestingly, the next day Booking.com was still recommending that same hotel that is closed... I felt it was a.scam aiming at taking more money from its customers. In the end, we were looking forward to leaving this place after 2 days in Sam.

Wow thank you so much this property owner wish helpful very very helpful and I want to very happy to stay here I want to recommend every customer because I enjoy in camel ride Jeep ride beautiful sunset and stop also help me take morning camel right to see beautiful sunrise and culture program is very good food very tasty I Like To Rajasthani food and also manager with help me to pick up from City taxi and very beautiful Camp family camp best experience ever in world

Had a great luxury stay

There room was very spacious and very comfortable . Evening Jeep and camel 🐪 safari was great this movement was never forget in my life.the Jeep Safari like Dubai desert.food was very delicious and testy .staff was very helpful thanks mr habib for good service . highly recommend .total worth of money ....😘

A really nice desert stay. Amazing hospitality, food and other arrangements. The sunrise and sunset views from the stay are amazing. The rooms are also very hygienic and spacious. Our last minute plans worked out really well thanks to these people. The place is also safe for solo female travellers thanks to the owner and staff there who are available 24x7
