Please note that bell boy is not available at this property. Coming with heavy luggage will be heavy to carry and guest should require ground floor room. Early arrival will need to leave luggage at reception. Late arrival after 18:00, please contact us before arrival. Please confirm arrival time and contact details. Any booking which is uncontactable will lead to cancellation. Cleaning products are provided in guest room. Bedding will be changed after 7 nights stay or on request. There are stairs here which may not suit with anyone who injured at foot, leg, hip, or heart disease. Every room types are only for 1 person stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
