Very good house with lots of space and a super outlook over the duck pond. The facilities on the site are excellent for families with children. Would definitely recommend this resort and in particular Swallow House.

Very well equipped, good location for good meals in local pubs.

Having to leave

Big open space with comfy beds. Had all the facilities you could imagine. To top it all off there is a hot tub and pool table.

We couldn’t seem to work the oven but it wasn’t a biggie as takeaway was always an option

Some initial issues with WiFi which the team overcame and fixed quickly with excellent communication.

Location was great and was a very spacious property

Heating thermostat didn’t work so had to manually do the radiators which was ideal with a 9week old, oven stopped working Saturday morning, hot water was very temperamental

The location was very good. The size of the property was excellent, with plenty of space to relax. Part of the family used the site indoor pool and commented how good it was.

Some fixtures and fittings within the property were broken/missing. The communication with the holiday company (queenwood holidays) was useless!! I asked multiple times for the key code to access the property but did not receive any response. Fortunately, the site guest services were very helpful and managed to get me access to the property.
