Puffin Hot tub Lodge, 4 bedrooms Resort, Pool,Gym,Bar

High quality accommodation on well maintained site.

Do need to drive to get anywhere else, no walkable amenities outside the resort

The house was fantastic and the hot tub was well used. Ideal for our grown up family and small dog to enjoy

Not the property fault but out of 4 attempts to use the communal pool only managed 1 swim due to 'staff appraisal' shortage of staff

Our lodge was very large with 2 lounges (upstairs much more comfortable due to slightly smaller furniture- we are not all 6ft tall!) and lovely clean towels, sheets and furniture. A door at the end of the entrance corridor allowed the downstairs bedroom to be treated like an on-suite whilst the rest of the family had upstairs and the back door. Plenty of crockery and utensils. This lodge (44) is also ideally situated on the site being close to the pool and restaurant and with great views. Most lodges seem to have views of other lodges- not this one. The hot tub was also great. The separate drinks fridge was great as the kitchen fridge is not huge.

The lodge was supposed to have 'BBQ facilities' but this turned out to be just a shelf for disposable BBQs. If the lodge was fully occupied I'm not sure how the kitchen would cope- we were 4 plus a baby and filled the fridge and work surfaces totally! The space ,

Where do I start, very poor water pressure all over. Dirty kitchen the dish washer had moulding food on a baking tray in the machine, the coffee machine had old pods still in it, Dirty oven, we had to get them in to replace 4 light bulbs and the cooker hood lights, two couldn't be done because they didn't have a screwdriver, no mattress protector, no pillow protectors fridge was not working properly, mouldy blinds in the bathrooms , this accommodation was advertised as luxury far from it, extremely disappointed

Lodge is nice and spacious, great location.

Lodge wasn't very clean, found a couple of bottles left from previous occupants, sand and hair in the jacuzzi, bath plug was broken. Zero response from owner to my questions.
