Discovery Parks - Moama Waters

The staff were great and very helpful. The cabin was clean enough, and the beds and couches were comfortable. Great outdoor area and undercover parking. The splash park and playgrounds for the children were great! The kids had a ball.

The showers in the cabin were not great, the shower head directly in the middle of the shower, a more ergonomical shower head might be more suitable if you do not want to wash your hair every time, also the shower head in the main bedroom leaks out the side. The cabins are quite expensive, especially for a stay of 3 nights. I couldn't check in earlier either, which, in a sense, becomes a wasted day. No WiFi in the deluxe suite cabins?? Unfortunately, during our stay, the TV communications dropped out due to fires, so we had no TV during our stay. We had to use our phones due to no tv. Our phone network was no good, extremely weak signal. We had to use our own data because of no WiFi. (This day an age it should be a necessity) Cabin situated fairly far away from the splash park and pool area, making it difficult walking a 2 year old around the park. All in all, I felt it was overly priced for everything we experienced due to not being able to check in earlier to make a day of it, showers, no TV and WiFi, distance of the cabin from splash park and other facilities.

The roomy unit. It was very comfy, great kitchen and bathrooms. The outside was beautiful. The park was well laid out with great amenities.

Wifi didn’t work in the rooms, only public spaces which was a bit odd. Park was empty and for some reason they decided to put a group of loud men right next door. My dad didn’t sleep a wink and they left to go to a different park the next day. I booked this as a Christmas present for my parents but I’d steer well clear in the future, as there are several parks that will go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and quiet stay.
