Nothing about park. Can't comment on pool and bbq area as didn't get use .

Property was massive and very Well kept. Plenty of jumping pillows and playgrounds for kids to play on. Pools were big. The villa itself was big and comfortable. Felt like home.

Had not stayed there before and receptionist new this when she asked and she didn’t explain the park or anything just here’s your key your staying here see ya. When kids asked if you can fish in the dam she just replied yep. Bit disappointing there was no complimentary milk or mini shampoo/ conditioners like other places we have stayed. We had an ant plague in the shower and kitchen. There was no wifi and reception was terrible in the villa. Would be nice if pools were heated for all year round use

Such great location, fantastic for the kids with bouncing pillows, parks pump track, waterpark.

Three bedrooms - so much room! All mod cons for a relaxing holiday. Carport near door. After hours key and instructions.

The whole place is equipped with everything you need. Great place for kids and even if your camping or you have caravans heaps of sites and camp kitchens and amenities.. We stayed in a Villa. Could not fault it even booked extra night to stay. We have even booked for next year in Feb for our whole family holiday..If you would like to go pokies free courtesy bus at different venues will pick u up and take u to clubs and return you to the park so you can enjoy a few beverages without driving..Town is not too far out. Don't hear any traffic.

Nothing it was perfect we have stayed in a few discovery parks around echuca and this one by far is the best.
