"Got different rooms than booked"

I did got different rooms than i booked. Much lower value rooms with no privet bathroom

We’ve booked a room with private bathroom and once there they wanted to give us a room with a shared bathroom. I showed the lady the reservation where it was clearly written that we’ve booked a room with private bathroom. She didn’t care. No explanation, no apologies, if we wanted a private bathroom we had to pay more. We did for the first night, because we were so devastated from the trip but the second day we left. We felt so mistreated without explanation. Also the bathroom was very dirty.

Great value, ocean property. Clean and cosy bungalow.

Chaotic organisation. Checkin was only possible at 17:30, due to late checkout of previous guests. Restaurant: we ordered fish and chips, received chicken and chips. When asking for fish instead of chicken (as ordered), fish was out.

Das Personal war mega nett und die Aussicht war auch toll.

Die Straße zur Unterkunft war in einem ziemlich schlechten Zustand, wir sind im Dunkeln angekommen und waren uns ewig nicht sicher, ob wir richtig sind, weil es erst ganz am Ende angeschrieben war. Man kann 2 Straßen nehmen - auf jeden Fall die New Coyo Road nehmen, die andere ist nochmal viel schlechter! Essen war ok, aber gut wäre übertrieben. Nur kaltes Wasser.

Das Ambiente war schon schön, aber sonst ???

Der 1. Blick tauscht: Zuviele Nikniks und keine Aktionsmöglichkeiten außerhalb der Unterkunft. Frösche im Bad, Toilettendeckel und Dusche müsste bei Benutzung festgehalten werden, Keine einzige Bestellung war fehlerfrei, obwohl alles aufgeschrieben wurde Das Wasser zu flach zum Schwimmen Zu wenig und einseitige Speisenauswahl
