Clean comfortable room with ocean view, though beach is a 2 minute walk. Balcony Nice swimming pool. Wifi works. Strong A/C. Nice free breakfast with coffee bar. Comfortable common areas. Helpful staff.

Not on the beach. Room 202 air conditioner is 6 inches from guests head when sleeping.

Location was perfect, for beaching but expect to travel an hour+ for Chocolate Hills and any river kayaking

The air conditioning unit was faulty making a loud noise. Making it difficult to sleep through.

It is a smaller resort, so it’s not so busy and the staff is great and very helpful!

We rented the Deluxe room for two above the pool area and it was perfect and a great room for two with plenty of space and a nice little balcony. We also had the family room rented for three others in our party. The room was the same size as the 2 person deluxe room just with another bed (full size and twin bed) but seemed a bit small for 3. Also, more towels would have been helpful. 1 towel per guest was provided with no washcloths, hand towels, bathroom mats provided. But, otherwise great for the price, staff was excellent, and only a very short distance to the beach!
