Удобное расположение, рядом с торговым центром где можно купить отличный филипинский ром и залить глаза, чтобы не видеть весь ужас!

Менеджмент отеля забыл о существование своего отеля!) На Панглао третий раз- это пока самый ужасный отеь для проживания. Персонал бухает с постояльцами отеля. Рецепшен работает с 8 утра и до 10 вечера. Я не предстовляю, что делать людям которые приезжают заселяться после 10 вечера. В номере было ТОЛЬКО ДВА пляжных ПОЛОТЕНЦА и ВСЁ!!!! Полотенца для ног нет, для лица нет, для душа нет! На кухне полотонца нет, тряпок для уборки стола нет, ножи тупые, смесители сломаны! Номера прокурены.Кровать очень маленькая!

Pool was getting maintenance for 2 weeks after earthquake the month before, tv reception wasn't great on some channels.

Recepcionerka koja je, koliko je mogla, bila susretljiva.

Bazen nije u funkciji, a nije nitko ništa učinio tijekom našeg boravka da to popravi. Pomoćni ležaj, kauč na rasklapanje nije za spavanje. Opruge su totalno opuštene i imate rupu u sredini ležaja. Djelomično je pomoglo donošenje još jednog, uz postojeći tanki madrac koji ovaj krevet ima. No spavanje nije bilo ugodno, a pogotovo za nekoga tko je došao na odmor. A bazen (koji je preuređen ) pitam se koji je arhitekt ili dizajner za boju podloge bazena izabrao neprivlačnu crnu boju, njemu posaban KAKTUS, a ne nagrada. Drugo, funkcionanost bazena je neučinkovita. Voda ne cirkulira, a majstora niotkud!!! Plaža daleko, a bazen nije u funkciji. Iako je dio odmora bio i rad na daljinu za što je bio potreban internet, došlo je i do nestanka struje. Tu su domaćini bili vrlo susretljivi u nalaženju pomoći i zahvalna sam im! No trebaju se više potruditi za ono za što su namjenjeni - za goste za odnmor daleko od plaže i funkcionalan bazen kojeg reklamiraju. Ovo je dobronamjerno!
