Portofino Panglao Bohol

an establishment where I had already booked at the beginning of the year and whose environment I like, just far enough from Alona Plage not to suffer from the tourist jungle and close enough to enjoy the culinary pleasures of the different panglao restaurants. ..I recommend Portofino for its very friendly and professional staff and the management of the establishment. thebluelife😎🤿

1)The quick response of the staff when needing anything. I asked to change room from upstairs to downstairs because of the heat and that was very easy. 2) The daily cleaning of the rooms 3) The pool 4) The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook properly. Big fridge. Real cooking stove. 5) The quietness when there are no parties.

1) There were dogs (not aggressive) regularly roaming around in the resort, they stole our shoes that we left on the terrace, which we later found on the front road but totally destroyed. 2) A big family (more than 15 people) was having a whole day party at the pool, having a lot of fun drinking and yelling like crazy. It looked like the whole place was privatized, except it wasn't. I and other guests couldn't enjoy the facilities that day. 3) The owner had a meeting with the staff at 8am on a Sunday morning, talking to them in a loud and harsh manner, right in front of the reception, which happened to be right in front of my room too. 4) The rooms are good for 4, but it can be difficult to sleep on the couch as there's no Aircon in the living room 5) The shower by the pool wasn't obviously cleaned daily 6) Some of the appliances in the kitchen were very old and used and need to be replaced
