The view if of the sea and position on the beach could not have been better nice beach lots good food options

The hut is very old and needs major renovation some of the towels were very badly stained and looked unclean the bedding was transparently thin We had no offer of cleaning our room for the first 3 nights although they did wipe down the table outside each day and give water.we had to use our own tea bags and milks and wash the same cups and reuse for 3 days There was no mosquito net and we got bitten every night The bathroom although clean on arrival had Large ants, big Beatles and lots of black hairy caterpillars.Each day I washed down the bathroom floor myself as best you can with no cleaning equipment .when a big Beatle landed upside down on the sink unit I asked if they could remove it as the ants were eating it we had no dust pan to do this our self’s. We also had termites in the corner of the room and the mat below the aircon was always wet The worst however was that every time it rained a pool of water would form inside the door of the hut as the balcony sloped the wrong way. The balcony roof leaked.Due to this even when it stopped raining when on the balcony you could not avoid the puddles the matts were soaking and outside chair cushions wet The electricity seemed faulty as when the fan was on all 4 spot lights would continue to flash the fourth night one got brighter to the point we had to turn of the fan to sleep. The shower fluctuates going from scorching hot to cold within 1 minute we struggled to have a warm shower as the hot water runs out very quickly For the fee of 7000 INR a night I did not find this to be value for money. I used my own hair dryer as this was not provided.If I had paid a backpacker rate for the room I may have expected these issues.The place is old,the owner will need to invest in improving the property to compete at this level as there are many new huts of good quality available and being built

View from the room is exceptional. Very quiet and calm neighbourhood. Dana, the owner, was extremely helpful. Helped with restaurants, good offers, transportation and whenever we left something in the room. I highly recommend this place - it is totally worth it.

Excellent location in the quieter end of Agonda Beach, but only 5 minutes walk from the centre. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Property was spacious; clean and amazing views of the beach.

Nothing not to like, would highly recommend staying.

The host, Dana, is wonderful. She takes care of her guests with a big smile. She always has a good advise to give. And she is doing an excellent massage!
