Sheraton Changbaishan Resort

the hotel is right next to ski slope, very convenient location. Also ski pass is included in the room price, quite friendly. variety of breakfast options, but the queen was a bit long during peak hour.

it will be wonderful if there is an entrance from slope to hotel lobby :D

- Except the negative point at arrival and check-in, the other staff and cleaning personnel have been very nice and helpful. - Room was clean quite and comfy - very decent. - The gym is very good. - The location of the hotel is good and most of the activities (ski, resort center, lake,...) are accessible in 5min by walk. - Breakfast is just OK (not at usual location but in executive room due to low season) - Could be better for a 5* hotel at this price but maybe it is during peak season.

- Nobody to welcome us at taxi arrival outside, no valet staff to help us with the luggages, the 1st person we have seen was the staff at the lobby desk for the check-in. - The dude at the lobby was pretty mute and kind of wondering what he was doing here.. Zero information given during the check-in (breakfast location, time, wifi password, activities,... nothing). He didn't even figure out that we were managing our big luggages by ourselves and we needed to ask for someone to deliver it at our room which took 15 minutes!

Close to the ski facilities. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Water drainage in the bathroom was insufficient, leading to a minor flooding issue on the floor. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful.

Spacious room and good location for skiing

The check-in staff is not helpful to arrange connecting room for us, despite I've made a request in my reservation.
