Modern hotel with ample rooms

It was a bit smelly in my room from dump, but not too bad, you need a car to be in this hotel

The location, staff, pool and private beach were great (didn’t use the gym or spa)

Could do with some maintenance and cleaning of the comunal areas. More shuttle bus runs to and from the beach would be great.

Although the resort is not on the seafront, a shuttle bus to a nearby beach club is offered at no additional price. The rooms are big and clean. The staff has been really friendly and helpful throughout our stay :).

Rooms are humid and there was a light but persistent moldy smell. We stayed in a barrier free room where unfortunately in the shower the water did not drain well and the floor got completely wet. When we requested to extend our stay, the manager confirmed we could stay additional nights at the same price, just to later increase it. When we explained to the front desk staff that the higher price was not agreed upon, she made us move to another room although it was already late at night. She communicated through the front desk staff and did not meet us to address the issue. The communication with her was overall unpleasant.
