الموظفون متعاونون وهناك سرعة في الاستجابة لطلبات النزلاء، المكان نظيف وهادىء وموقعه جيد ومتوفر به ركنات للسيارة داخل المنتجع، حمام السباحة جيد، مساحة الشاليه كبيرة ومريحة

مظبخ الشاليه ليس به أدوات الطبخ والمائدة، ولكن تم توفير أدوات المائدة بعد طلبها من الاستقبال
