Kaikki suljettuna, ei palveluja alle 26 km päässä. Ei ketään missään.

Aamiaisen valmistimme itse. Sijainti on kyllä rauhallinen

Yllätyksenä tuli se , että Paljakan laskettelukeskus on suljettu. Suunnitellut aktiviteetit jäivät toteutumatta. Majoitus muuten erittäin hyvä, mutta sänkyjen tyynyt eivät miellyttäneet.

Idyllinen paikka pariskunnalle jossa oli luonnon rauhaa. Poreammeessa köllöttely oli miltei uskonnollinen kokemus.

Pieni miinus, että siivoajat eivät olleet käyneet paikalle ennen saapumistamme, joten sisällä odotti edellisten majoittujien terveiset. Onneksi homma korjaantui pikaisesti.

We loved the hot tub, it kept warm even at -20 outside. Once we heated up the cabin (it was 15 degrees inside when we arrived), it remained warm for the 2 days we were there without issue. Sauna was ok as well. Views overlooking the lake were great.

- It is not a resort - there are 5 cabins quite close next to each other, no restaurant on premises or nearby, nor staff available. It is in the middle of nowhere, nearest store or restaurant is a 30-minute drive away. - As this is called a "resort", I assumed there was a restaurant on the premises. I had asked them in advance if it offers dinner and was told that it closes early on our first night and is not open on our second. Turns out they were talking about a restaurant 30+ minute drive away, but failed to clarify that in the message. - You are supposed to order breakfast in advance in order to get it, but it is not stated anywhere (not on booking.com, nor their website, nor the info they send beforehand). Based on the materials from the cabin, it seemed like it would have been some supermarket sandwiches anyway, so not a huge loss. - The bed was slanted and gave us both back aches. - A staff member came early on the first morning to "check the hot tub" and gave us heart attacks by waking us up walking right in front of the cabin. Again, this is in the middle of nowhere and the other cabins were empty, so it's not a place you expect to hear loud footsteps in front of your door. - We agreed with staff over phone to have the car heater on during our second day (which was offered as a service). This was not done, so we had to start our car cold after it being in under -20 degrees overnight. - Cleaning staff blocked the driveway at the time of checkout so we had to carry our bags down a very steep and snowy slope. - Information for the cabin was a slideshow on the TV which went too fast to read in one go, we spent a ridiculous amount of time watching that over and over until we got everything we needed.

Saunat ja avanto olivat ykkös juttu. Myös oma rauha oli ihanaa. Näimme vierailun aika kolme muuta ihmistä (pe-su). Oma poreamme oli myös ihana.

Aamiainen olisi voinut sisältyä arvokkaaseen hintaan. Muuten kaikki toimi oikein hyvin.

Näköala / view, ulkoamme / outdoor hot tube, sauna, sänky ja patja / bed and mattress, hiihtomahdollisuudet / cross country skiing possibilities, half-heated storage/maintenance building for ski equipments, lämmitys / heating, compact 21m2 cottage, there are also eg. barbecue hut, different saunas and ice swimming possibilities we did not use but looks great

EI lähipalveluita / no local services as shops or food market, no downhill skiing (eg. ski slopes and bistro are closed), quite small room but works for 1-2 persons if one max mid-size luggages, bar near by (3km) with foods, soft drinks and beer (quality level of meat was for wild animals)
