The property is very noisy. We could not sleep at night, too much noise from the road. We have that feeling that a bus or motorcycle are running just over our head.

friendly staff however the treatment of animals - exotic birds and parrots was disturbing and totally inhumane. Cages too small so the birds couldn't fly. Only one stick for the birds to sit on. No shade - only bare bars of the cages. Depressed birds completely gave up on their living were sitting in the same spot for 3 days when we were there. We complained but judging by the response nothing will be done about it.

They keep some exotic birds in very small cages which we found painful to watch because these birds sit all day as these cages are too small. It's totally cruel to the animals and we were very tempted to free all of these birds if only these birds could survive. It's completely inhumane behaviour and we have put a formal complaint. I hope that it will be reviewed and bigger enclosures will be made for these birds.

Not too crowded. Good for family bonding and getaway. Nice place.

妻がケガをした時、ホテルの電話ではトールフリーの通話をすることができないと言われた。 その理由を聞くと、どうやったら逆の私に支払いを請求出来るかわからないと返答された。 最終的には従業員の携帯電話を借り、1分あたり50ペソを支払ってくれと言われた。 しかし私が通話したい相手は、トールフリーの保険会社の窓口であった。エマージェンシーケースにおいてもそのような対応をされ悲しかった。

Beautiful grounds.gardens and pot plants. Lovely koi fish ponds. The rooftop restaurant. The pool and comfy lounges around the pool. Reception area was airy and inviting. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The spa was great. My foot reflexology was very good. Nice big bedroom and bathroom. All was fabulous and comfortable. Thank you very much for everything. And holding our luggage until our flight. Much appreciated. Lots of places surrounding .The breakfast buffet was really excellent. Lots of choices and cooked well. Had a delightful stay.

The beautiful birds kept in cages. Beach was poor for snorkeling and swimming.

Everything, the pool , staff, restaurant, breakfast buffet, the room, just perfect for our vacation..Walking around with a lot of restaurant nearby, groceries and many more

The staff at Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa are fabulous. The property is great, pool and surrounding is very nice. Rooftop bar and Resteraunt was very good, food there was good too. And again staff up there was amazing

The breakfast was a disappointment. Much of the food was cold, had to go looking for salt & pepper myself every morning for 5 days. Coffee was poor, fruit bowls weren’t refilled. Toilet tank did not refill properly, one light burned out in bathroom and hair products in shower were not refilled or checked during daily cleaning
