Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa

Lovely spot to land in when first arriving in Cebu. Quiet retreat from the busy streets. Very welcoming.

Caged birds. They do not add to the enjoyment of the stay. Quite the opposite. The cages are too small. The eagle and othe birds of pray barely have space to spread their wings. Recommend expanding the size of their cages or handing them over to a well managed and spacious bird sanctuary.

Nothing at all about this resort

One they did not inform me that the swimming pool was not able to be used when I booked the booking and it's still online as being open but it is not. The rooms are just basic You're paying for a premium room and it's just basic. Air conditioning is so bloody cold you are freezing when you go down there then when you step outside you nearly die. The staff to seem to go out of their way to try and con you yes sir no sir three bags full sale and then turn your back and they just ignore you. It's a disappointing fact because my partner and I look forward to having a really enjoyable time together to swim at the pool which was unavailable but they only told me it was unavailable when I arrived at the front desk. At this point I have requested a refund and an early checkout it is not worth the money. The premium rooms are not worth the money it is just basic my view is that of a car park and a building site. I even had to buy my own pillow so that I could have a comfortable sleep

The landscape is just beautiful but we stayed in the old part and the shower wouldn't stay there. Nothing

Estuve alojada en este hotel y la experiencia fue inmejorable. El personal fue súper amable en todo momento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel está decorado con muy buen gusto, creando un ambiente acogedor y relajante. La piscina y la playa estaban impecables, muy bien cuidadas, perfectas para disfrutar del día. La cena buffet fue deliciosa, con mucha variedad y todo de excelente calidad. El desayuno también me encantó, con opciones tanto filipinas como continentales, reponían enseguida cuando algo se terminaba. Sin duda, lo recomiendo, la pena no haber podido disfrutar del spa

das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und stand immer in ausreichender Anzahl zur Verfügung. der Pool ist toll, die Anlage sehr schön und bewacht, die Rooftop-Bar und Rooftop-Restaurant sind herausragend schön gelegen und sehr gutes Abendessen, die Zimmer sind mit Kühlschrank und Safe und Balkon sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für den asiatischen Geschmack ausgerichtet und schon ok, man ist ja in einem fremden Kontinent. Der kleine weisse Strand ist bei Flut sehr hübsch und sauber, die vielen Ausflugsboote in der Bucht gehören zum Philippinischen Setting dazu. Nur bei Ebbe wirkt die Bucht nicht so hübsch. Und bei einer Millionenstadt würde man eh nicht ins Meerwasser gehen und dafür ist der Pool mit Meerblick perfekt.
