حجزنا غرفة، وتمت ترقيتنا إلى سويت، وكانت التجربة جميلة جدًا. السويت كان مريحًا، نظيفًا، وتصميمه مميز. مستوى الهدوء في الغرفة كان ممتازًا، والموظفون كانوا لطفاء ومتعاونين جدًا. كذلك أعجبتنا منطقة المسابح العائلية، حيث توجد مسابح مناسبة للعائلات ومسبح للأطفال بعيد نسبيًا عن الإزعاج، مما جعل التجربة أكثر راحة وهدوءًا للعائلة.

النقطة الأولى كانت في منطقة الشاور داخل الغرفة، حيث كان الماء يخرج إلى الخارج ويتجمع على الأرض، وهذا كان مزعجًا قليلًا. النقطة الثانية هي موقع منطقة الشباب في منتصف المكان، مما يسبب بعض الإزعاج للعائلات، خصوصًا مع وجود المشروبات والتجمعات في نفس المنطقة. كان من الأفضل لو كانت هذه المنطقة أبعد قليلًا عن المساحات العائلية.

The room was incredibly roomy and well stocked with all the basic amenities, including a large bottle of water that was restocked everyday. The breakfast was amazing. The choices on offer were huge and I did not get an opportunity to sample everything. The fruit was so amazingly fresh.

Amazing stay and exceptional hospitality! Everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the staff genuinely care about their guests. A very special thank you to **MARAH** for her warm welcome and outstanding support. She made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and was always helpful, professional, and kind. Honestly, I cannot thank her enough—she played a huge role in making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. 10/10!

My stay at the Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa was one of the highlights of my trip to Jordan, and what made it so memorable was not just the beautiful property—it was the people. The resort itself is fantastic. The views of the Dead Sea are breathtaking, the beach area is incredibly well maintained, and there is something special about floating in one of the most unique places on Earth while surrounded by such a beautiful setting. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. While every employee I encountered was wonderful, I want to give a very special thank you to Hussein, who worked in the beach area. During my travels, I met many good people, but Hussein was one of those rare individuals who leaves a lasting impression. He was kind, genuine, hardworking, and always seemed to have a smile on his face. Every interaction felt sincere. He took pride in his work, cared about the guests, and helped create the kind of atmosphere that transforms a great resort into a truly unforgettable experience. What stood out most was that Hussein wasn’t exceptional because of a single act—he was exceptional because of the way he consistently treated people. He made guests feel valued, welcomed, and at home. Those qualities cannot be taught, and they deserve recognition. I would also like to recognize everyone working down in the beach area. The entire team was outstanding. Whether helping guests enjoy the Dead Sea, assisting with the mud treatments, answering questions, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, they brought warmth and energy to every day of my stay. Their enthusiasm and professionalism made the experience so much more than just visiting a resort. The truth is that luxury properties can be beautiful, but beautiful buildings alone do not create lasting memories. People do. Hussein and the entire beach team created memories that I will carry with me long after this trip is over.
