"A beautiful place but needs improvement in client service and communication"

The property is located on top of a mountain with a beautiful scenery. The room was big, clean and practical. The bathroom was also clean and nice. The kitchen was also accommodating.

The room was a bit dark. The ventilation in the bathroom was too loud. You have reserve the spa in advance, it is not 24/7 accessible. Since the property is on top of a mountain, we decided to just stay and eat the restaurant for our full stay ( 3 nights ) but then we had to go down get groceries because we were told the restaurant is closed. The restaurant of the property is not open outside high season it seems and no one informed us before arriving. They told us it is open on the last day, and when we went to have dinner they told us it is closed and we had to reserve. There is clear miscommunication within their staff. However they we there accommodating and they brought us a pizzas and gave us free wine.

"Fabulous getaway"

Beautiful location. If you get bored of one view you can move around the property to find another one. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Staff are very friendly. Excellent restaurant, but we could cook our own food in our apartment if we wanted to. We were there slightly off season so it was peaceful. More busy at weekends apparently.

There was little to dislike. Its a little isolated, but that's great if you are looking for somewhere to escape to. The road up the hill is a little scary - chunks of road cordoned off as it is crumbling off the hill, but that seems to be happening in the whole area.
