The Kissing Mountains

It was a wonderful place to stay and it's very scenic location. It's a very pleasant place to enjoy with your family.

Staff and food. It's very nice to spend time on vacation.

View from balcony was awesome with misty mountains. We visited in July and it was foggy and raining throughout the day. However we could experience the mist and rain from balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed the whether.

We had a great time at the kissing mountains. Even though we got there much later than expected at 11.20pm staff was super kind and set up a campfire for us. Staff were very polite and helpful the whole time.The food was also really good, props to the chef. We especially loved the chicken 65 and barbeque. Location was top notch too.

Worst staff especially cooking lady. Went around 2.30 pm during the heavy rain on 29 may. We don't know kerala state given red alert. No restaurant for food. All are closed. While asking lunch they told nothing available, after many request they give white rice and dhall. Next day they told 8.30 restaurant open. Unlimited food 130 rupees. I booked for 8 person. While went at 9 am we got idiyappam kurma and poori baju. Have limited only. When we ask next time the kurma mixed with water, taste is very very worst. Having big argument with cooking lady and supplier. We didn't take the food. They cheating the guest even crises situation. After long discussion manager came and compromise with deal. Not to pay anything. We vacate the room with hungry, unfortunately all the restaurants are closed. Managed with biscuit. Cheating the customer is not good for the loyal business even the natural calamity situation. Very worst experience in my life
