The property is located in the midst of a forest which was very relaxing

We thought the restaurant was not accessible for elderly parents and there was no local food server even after asking for local Kerala food

Just the authentic Kerala Cuisine that was served at the restaurant. Mr.Manoj and Mr.Praveen tried to keep us comfortable.

Approach road of 3.5kms is pathetic. Have to find the road in that stretch. There was no mention anywhere of no TV and no Bar even on their website. Usually resorts who do not offer this make sure they inform the guests in advance, we have stayed in other properties who inform their guests in advance ! The housekeeping was pathetic, they never cleaned our room till we had to force them to! Spa is not something great, have been at other spas which actually rejuvenate you after a massage, here it did not really feel great after the massage. The continental options and salad options in food was really bad! Why offer it when you cannot deliver!
