Location from the beach We can visit beach anytime we want Staff are friendly Owner sounds cool We get auto, cab to roam around Lots of restaurants or shacks to eat and drink Walking distance black sand, varkala beach and varkala cliff

"Peaceful location right beside the beach."

Tranquil location & good view of the ocean from the breakfast area. Staff were always happy to help with any requests. Lovely beach in front of the property to walk along & swim in. About 20 minute walk to Varkala Cliff & shops & restaurants.

Just the location proximity to the beach

Avoidable. Not guest-friendly. No priority services for cleaning/house-keeping/essentials for the room. AC is continuously not working.

I loved how the room was very neat and the landlord was amazing he took care of everything we needed for and the resort being near to the beach made it even more better, would suggest it to everyone going to varkala. And bathrooms are kept so neat of you are looking for this review just go for it.

"Excellent view and wonderful hospitality"

The resort is lovely and has a fabulous view. The rooms were huge, bed was comfortable, washroom was big and all amenities were provided. The room had a front porch/balcony also and the beach and sea were visible. The resort has a private entrance to the odayam beach which was wonderful. Breakfast was complimentary - not a full buffet style but freshly prepared and enough fulfilling options. We even got welcome drinks on arrival. Hospitality and staff behaviour was top notch. The host was very helpful. He arranged a scooty for us also for visiting the town. Varkala cliff and beach are just 10mins away. Since the resort is located on the beachside, the roads leading up to it are very narrow and a bit secluded. But there are many resorts on that road, so safety shouldn't be a problem.
