The stay was v.comfortable. Particularly, people are very nice. Sanish, Nandana, Kavya were very accommodating in any possible requests. 1 day extension request was easily taken care. His staff tried to serve to their best possible way. Security person (Mohammed) was very helpful & nice person. Rooms are good, facilities are ok. Breakfast was good enough. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to Nandana & Kavya & entire staff for their services.Truly appreciable, very relaxing place..would surely recommend this.

In Breakfast, variety can be improved. Juice options can be more added, existing juice is watery.

non- cooperative staff no wifi inside the room no water bottles provided from 2nd day of stay. On equiry; they said water will be provided only on 1st day of stay no room cleaning service even after request no cold water provision, they don’t even keep cold water bottles in their restaurants or office. they rejected our request to provide us cold water in the hot summer weather. Very disappointed no mini fridge provision in the room very low quality cushions and bed parking provisions only for about 7-8 cars very much interiorly placed with no adequate lighting through the way
