the aircon need to be serviced the air was warm no hot shower not fitting the jacuzzi service, the balcony was so dusty and i did the cleaning by myself, the chair was dirty

regular cleaning and keep things upto date will help more romomenation

Easy transaction with owner.the tv working fine,water pressure good,jacuzzi working good,although the ekzoz fan is no working.oso got drying rack at the balcony to dry ur wet clothes.2nd time at this unit

The aircond not cool enought and very dusty need to service it and why the heck the setting got the timer on???took me for while to figure how to reset the settings omos rage quit figuring it out.the bedding need to sanitize o deep vacuuming because i think it has bed bugs.a few light bulb inside the room burn already.the owner needs to do a walkthrought and check to make sure everything in working order.

Very old apartment and no included theme park ticket...no wifi..2 small size bedrooms apartment,air cond very noisy,no clean up the web in the bedroom and bathroom...many spiders and insects inside the bathroom, hv to walk far from block C to theme park...not worth it.
