Pas d'endroit pour poser ses valises, un banc ou banquette ne serait pas de trop car il y a de la place dans la chambre. Toilettes fuyantes, Wi-Fi très capricieux. Commande du petit-déjeuner non conforme aux choix ou carrément perdue, 1 seul déjeuner a été correct.

L’emplacement pour un couché de soleil magnifique. Chambre très spacieuse.

On est arrivé il n’y avait pas d’eau dans la chambre et ensuite de l’eau mais que froide. Heureusement l’équipe de maintenance a été réactive pour tout réparer dans la journée.

La vue magnifique le matin comme le soir, les commodités de l'hôtel, une piscine accessible 24/24, le confort des lits et de la chambre. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant.

Il manquait des rangements et des supports dans la chambre (table, chaises...)

We had an amazing stay at Marqis Spa Resort. The place is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The surroundings are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the calm atmosphere. We made the most of our time there and truly had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Over the past few years, I have stayed at quite a few different resorts in the Philippines. And without any doubt, I consider Marqis to be one of the best. Particularly thanks to the staff, who do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this resort. I will definitely be back

Good accommodation and nice amenities

À 30mn du centre de Panglao, la Marqis Resort se démarque par son calme, sa vue mer et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons même eu la chance d’être upgradés car il y avait de la disponibilité. Il dispose de 2 piscines à débordement.

Quelques points d’amélioration : le petit déjeuner est légèrement en deçà de la qualité du restaurant pour le déjeuner/diner.

Rooms We stayed in the Elliz Villa which was very spacious for myself & my husband. It’s also situated nicely about restaurant & pool & just above us was the second pool & spa. We had two king size beds, shower room, toilet, sink, a fridge which is stock daily with soft drinks, beer & water, a TV, wardrobe with towels & robes, table & chairs, toiletries & a safe. We had a lovely balcony equipped with table & chairs, stools & two rocking chairs which over looking restaurant & pool which also gave us stunning views of mountains & the sea. The rooms were clean & tidy, they were cleaned & the fridge restocked daily unless specifically asked not to. We did had a resident gecko 🦎 but he was friendly enough & no bother during our stay. The food was nice, a good choice ranging from English classics like cottage pie, to Indian, Chinese, Italian & of course Filipino.The food is cooked fresh & always arrived hot, took about 20-30 mins from when you ordered but definitely worth the wait. You have to order breakfast the night before, & have the option of having it in your room or in the restaurant. There is a good selection including bacon & eggs, cereal, omelet, rice etc. There is also the option of American pancakes (5) with syrup & water melon, but this is an additional 150 peso (approx £1.90) they are definitely worth it. You get juice, coffee & hot chocolate included. All the food & drinks are very reasonably priced & you have the option of paying straight away or putting the on your room. There is two pools one in the middle of complex & the other an infinity pool in the lower area which includes a slide & water sprinklers. There is also sun-beds, tables & chairs along with toilet & shower facilities. There is a bar area which is not in operation but the staff are so attentive they are constantly coming down to ask if you need anything.

Nothing everything was absolutely amazing! Only thing for others maybe to consider: There are quite a few steps to & from the various rooms & amenities but that’s to be expected from a mountain resort. A few in our group had mobility issues & didn’t find this a huge problem. The resort is quite remote it’s about 30-40 minutes drive depending on traffic to the hustle & bustle but if you ask the hotel they will be happy to help arrange transport for you.
