Mercer Lake Resort and Beach

The location & view were lovely.

The actual place was not the same as what I booked. I called multiple times, left 2 voicemails & also sent an email, and no one ever contacted me, nor were they present at resort until the morning I left (early)

it's great for if your on a fishing trip or something like that. but not for straight vacation . the gal in the office was super nice and understanding and refunded us due to my elderly aunt not being able to stay,

it was small, there was no private hot tub or private beach. that was one things that made me book but unfortunately it's not true. booking needs to update

Cloud used the Cabin and site maps in the front of property entrance.

Everything staff was super friendly

It is beautiful and relaxing. There are many fun activities available. For people of all ages.

Althought that cabin was a little small for our trip, it was cozy and we enjoyed ourselves, Ive stayed there many times and will do so again, I'll just be sure to get a bigger cabin next time.... Thank you

Pretty clean but bathroom needs more attention.

I smelled sewer from cabin 5 every day while sitting on porch.

The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean

The Wi-Fi was out although we did receive a discount which was very much appreciated, we thought that they needed to update the hot tubs eat
