"Disappointing"

The lake and bars

Caravan was very very dirty and old can't believe they let guests stay in a place like that it needs replacing. The decking was very loose and inside was very tired and like I say dirty. Around the area at night I saw rats running about and there was dog muck everywhere.

"Perfectly fine"

Clean and well presented and nice little touches. Straight forward communication and very easy to get into caravan all fine. Well equipped kitchen, we knew to take towels so all good.

The instructions said turn left at first roundabout but we found turning right much closer, not a major issue just an observation.

Tattershall lakes is a fantastic location. Lots of lovely lakes and walks nearby. Our caravan was really nice and had nearly everything we needed.

The van was located quite a long walk from the main attractions and kids moaned alot but on the plus side it was nice a quite and I had a lovely lie in each day. Unlike most caravan holidays there were no seagulls jumping on the roof early in the morning.

I paid for a activity pass which cost £95 and the only free thing you got with it was swimming which was full every day. Best to book well in advance.
