The hotel was very clean, organised and nicely setup. All facilities were close by. Food, drinks and service were all exceptional. The reception service from Hesham & Food/drinks service from Ibrahim at ehe restaurant were great!

Calm place, very friendly staff, great food and entertainment. Everything you need in a relaxing vacation. Ibrahim was a nice guy and the chef Hamed always took care of my family with special treats. Felt like I was known.

Some parts of the decor feels outdated but that was not an issue at all. Rarely noticeable.

Everything was excellent during my stay. Specially the reception staff is well educated and provide an amazing hospitality and know how treat The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
