Staff , services , design, facilities, entertainment and food. All were exceptional.

Nothing specific but you can improve the towels and furniture.

Friendly and helpful team... Delicious and varied food... A wide range of activities... A wonderful sandy beach... A very large kids' area full of games and activities, and they allowed the child to have one toy for the entire stay... A spacious room with a great view... Special thanks to Ms. Nesma, the guest relations supervisor, who communicated with us throughout our stay, and also to Chef Mohamed Nabil, who was very professional and attentive.

The waiters are always talking loudly and arguing, especially in the main restaurant.

De kamers waren erg gehorig; je kon letterlijk alles horen. Als vrouw zijnde voelde het personeel ook erg opdringerig aan. Om de paar minuten kwam er wel iemand op je af: de één wilde een praatje maken, de ander keek je ongemakkelijk aan, probeerde iets te verkopen of je extra geld afhandig te maken. Je bent continu bezig om hiermee om te gaan in plaats van te ontspannen. Kortom: als je hier komt voor je rust, dan is dit absoluut geen aanrader.

The hotel itself is nice and the facilities was good, swimming pool was nice too

I didn’t like the beach, it was poor and the water smells and oily a bit and the sea bed was oily and there’s much grass. Food was not good compared to the hotel price (not a high class all inclusive at all), my 2 years old son had diarrhea from the food there and it ruined my whole holiday The doctor was helpful and the executive manager Hashim Lotfy tried his best to make it for us but unfortunately I had to check out early to check on my son and he approved a last night refund while my booking was nonrefundable

Öncelikle hersey mükemmeldi tam bir fiyat performans hoteli. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü türkleri ayrıca çok seviyorlar. Hotel çok temizdi ve odamızı her gün temizlediler. Açık büfe de türk mutfağı hakimdi ve her şey oldukça lezzetliydi. Şefi de Türk. Alacarte imkanı var rez vaptırıp gidebiliyorsunuz. Turkuaz restroran türk restoranı ve çok lezzetli uğramanızı tavsiye ederim. Biz fransız ve italyan mutfağını da denedik. Fransız çok çok iyiydi. Sahil tarafındaki pizzacıda oldukça lezzetli. Hotel çok büyük sahile shuttle geçiyor 2 dkkda bir. Sahilin oradaki bardan taze manho suyunı öneriririm :) Sahili çok güzel ben gelmeden önce çok araştırmıştım sığ olmaması için. Deniz tertemiz hatta ve hatta hotelin önündeki denizde çokça mercan resifleri var snorkelle gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Biz yüzmekten çok değişik balıkları ve resifleri izledik. Dalış için internetten almadık çünkü sabah bizi kara yolu ile alıp belli bölgeden tekneye bindiriyorlardı. Otelin içinde ‘’SEA WAWES’’ tur şirketinden aldık direk sahilden teknelerine bindik ve çok keyifliydi. Benim dalış korkum vardı ona rağmen Muhammed Ali güven vererek çok yardımcı oldu ve asla acele ettirmediler. Tekne gayet büyüktü ve kalabalık değildi. Hotelde giriş çıkış için de çok yardımcı oldular eğer yardıma ihtiyacınız olursa GÜLNAZ Hanımı bulabilirsiniz. Kendisi çok tatlı yardımsever biri, size hemen yardım edecektir. Unutulmaz bir deneyimdi, yeniden Mısır Hurgadaya gitmek istesem kesinlikle Xanaduyu tercih ederim ki kısa bir süre sonra yeniden gitmeyi planlıyoruz :))
