Great beach, pools and choice of restaurants.

Some processes seem outdated, felt like the staff worked incredibly hard but were only allowed to follow strict processes rather than be empowered. E.g day rate more expensive than overnight all inclusive which surely costs the hotel more overall. That said, We gave gentle feedback on the pool staff as they seemed understaffed - to be fair they went over and above to rectify. Staff do an excellent job at looking after guests - I wonder if the leaders are very tough on staff though.

В номерах хотелось бы чтобы было более чисто , очень много пыли. И хотелось бы чтобы постельное белье было более хорошего качества для отеля такого уровня.

Хороший отель подходит больше для семейного отдыха с детьми. Вкусная еда, проблем не было с выбором и качеством еды. Отдельное спасибо за профессионализм повару Аhmed Ali, который готовит идеальную глазунью и омлет. А также барменам за вкусный кофе.

Подберите пожалуйста другую музыку и отрегулируйте громкость в главном ресторане и лаунж зоне возле ресепшен. Плейлист был как в доме для престарелых которые собираются в последний путь.

I can say that resort is really nice and have big territory. Rooms are big and have nice views. Employees are really helpful and good. Try to solve problems. I can say that foods are good. But can be better. For families good resort

The woman at they gym name called Ann. She was very disrespectful and rude.

Hizmet ve konum gayet iyiydi. Yemeklerini de beğendim ala carte restaurantlar da başarılı. Çeşitli Mısır turlarını satmak isteyen kişiler devamlı sıkıyor onun dışında bir problem yok. Denizi de güzeldi biraz daha saydam olması iyi olurdu. Tesis çok büyük.

Tek olumsuzluk Gym de ki Ann Kristin isimli bayanın yaptığı saygısızlık dışında olumsuzluk olmadı.
