this hotel is exceptional and well worth the money! truly cannot wait to come back!! it is in a lovely secluded area away from all the chaos of Uluwatu, yet only 25mins by car to the life of the party! staff exceeded my expectations, they are truly happy to assist with anything! the spa and restaurant are absolutely perfect, i liked as well that you can charge to your room and not have to pay on the spot beautiful and comfy room delicious breakfast and dinner!!

truly nothing significant to mention, this hotel is 10/10 if i had to mention 1 thing, it's that the door to the room was quite hard to open, but honestly that is nothing compared to all the positive points. please book this hotel!!

La ubicación, tranquila y bonita. La distribución del hotel, con jardines bien conservados. El bungalow precioso, junto a la ducha. Precioso. El personal muy agradable. La comida bastante buena. El SPA del Hotel, magnífico.

La cama era un poco incómoda. No pude dormir en toda la noche, debido a que nuestro bungalow, el número 9, estaba cerca de una ubicación en la que había dos perros, pegados muy muy cerca, y no dejaron de ladrar en toda la noche. Sé que es algo que el hotel no puede controlar, pero la experiencia fue muy desagradable y por ende, un perjuicio para nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Loved the vibe and the gardens are beautiful. Feels great and peaceful!! The staff was amazing and accommodating! The location is a little far but being able to walk to the beach was great. The food was amazing and we were able to go to the restaurant with our baby sleeping in the bungalows (bringing our monitor with us). The second pool is amazing for babies and very shaded. The restaurant was beautiful and very comfortable and baby chair was available. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were provided with a travel cot and a mosquito net for the baby. A little soft for us westerners but the baby slept so well in it. Room was very dark for the baby.

The little pavilions are quite open and not sealed to the outside. It makes looks great and more typical of the area but we didn’t sleep very well because of all the dogs barking and fighting in the area. Baby slept through it but we didn’t. They’ve built other types of rooms on the property that probably address this problem but it was outside our budget. It’s quite expensive in general for what you get in my opinion. Being quite open also made it easier for rodent to come and visit. We could hear them walking on the roof and one came to eat most of my probiotics that I had left in a container on the bathroom sink (left some traces in my toiletrie bag that’s how I know it was a mouse but I didn’t hear it). Which is fine, we are in Asia and probably hard to manage but for the price it seamed not very nice.

Beautiful setting, the grounds and gardens amazing. The bungalows are just gorgeous! & very clean & comfortable. Smiley, happy staff providing excellent service made our stay such a positive experience 😍

Location is a little remote, not a bad thing but just something to be aware of when planning day trips etc. Being our first trip to Balu, we were totally unaware of how busy the traffic ( and roads are).

Hôtel propre chambre conforme aux photos. Personnels aux petits soins pour ses clients, et restaurant parfait. Je vous conseille les massages balinais sur place ils sont vraiment top ! Pour se déplacer il faut un taxi ou un scooter mais les tarifs sont très bas. Je recommande la joya pour sa qualité et son accueil !
