Glenross Living - A Collection of 7 Private Pool Villas and 3 Colonial Suites

We had a fantastic experience at Glenross Living. The property is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, offering a very peaceful and well-maintained environment to relax in. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Udara took us around the property, sharing insights and making sure we felt completely at home. He was incredibly attentive to our every need, anticipating what we might want before we even had to ask. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that you rarely find elsewhere. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway, and we look forward to returning.

The main house, a former Scottish planters residence from 1876, was beautifully restored. We got cool towels on arrival followed by some chilled drinls. The villas are massive 2 storey places, with pool, outdoor lounging area and air conditioned living room downstairs. Being in the pool, it felt like swimming in the sky. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were massive and comfortable. The masseuse is incredible. Both myself and my partner has 90 mins massages that were incredible. The property is surrounded by rubber, cinnamon and tea plantations with lots of wildlife - we saw purple faced langurs, macaques, snakes, chameleons, and many more.

The food was a bit hit and miss. The menu was extensive but some dishes were vastly better put together whilst others were grimly disappointing. They struggled with supply of things but that may be a broader nationwide issue rather than hotel specific including things like wine. You were always offered something else (potentially not as good) for the same price. We booked 2 villas - the villa my partner's dad was in had an electrical fault in that the pool pump did not work. The water in the pool was cloudy and after he got in the pool, the water level reduced but as the pump didn't work, it was never restored. Minor things that didn't affect the stay massively but just wanted to be transparent.

The service was great. The rooms are super spacious and have everything one needs and more. The views are amazing.

Не понравился новогодний обязательный ужин. Его нужно было обязательно оплатить или нельзя было бы жить в отеле. Очень очень дорого, но было вкусно. На эти деньги можно было бы есть неделю. И еще нельзя воспользоваться приложением для заказа такси. Приходится просить персонал
