Waterside Holiday Park

Had everything we needed in the kitchen. What we used was clean. Oven was very clean as was the microwave. Sitting area was comfortable, we could hear and watch the passing train through the window, was amazing. Loved the colour scheme in the bedroom. TV was easy to use and had use of the WiFi , which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend a stay at the park especially if you have a dog. Our dog loved the walking area under the bridge and the dog friendly beach. Our grandchildren visited us for the day and for a small fee they were able to use the pool. Bar and eating area were lovely, great views when sat on the terrace. Food was good what we sampled. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Sean was helpful and supportive.

The beds were a bit soft. As you get older like we are a more firmer mattress is recommended. A shower mat in the shower would have been good. No other negatives.

Sean was very prompt in helping us with the heating and was very understanding regarding my friend taking over the caravan after us

The onsite bar didn’t allow dogs in. Probably the only place in Devon that doesn’t

Caravan was super clean, well equipped , great position, fab correspondence with host

Sofa bed was little uncomfortable

The location was perfect, very close to seafront and amenities. Beautiful walks and views straight from the door! Perfect for train spotters 😂 Pool was fabulous and staff really helpful

Single beds were small for adults

The location of the holiday park is just great! It really worked for us and what we had planned. There is no patio with a caravan but min away there is a picnic area with amazing views. Indoor swimming pool - extra change £5 per person per day (need to book a slot)

Single beds in the small room not stable, afraid to move, turn and fall out of it. Expectation: hair dryer, show gel, shampoo and dishwashing liquid with sponge.

Could do wiuth a bedside lamp

It was spacious and clean.

With 6 of us staying there we needed more cooking trays, oven gloves, cooking utensils.
