Η παραλία μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο καταπληκτική. Οι εγκαταστάσεις άριστες και το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was simply superb. The hospitality at this hotel is truly unmatched — every single member of the staff was incredibly helpful, genuinely polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect holiday. It felt like the entire team was fully dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They arranged an early check-in without hesitation and even allowed us to take a shower in the evening of our departure (after the official check-out in the morning) which made a huge difference in our travel comfort. These thoughtful gestures really showed how much they care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a charming New Mexico-inspired vibe — earthy tones, warm textures, and stylish, understated touches that created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and made for a great night’s sleep after a full day of enjoying the resort. The buffet restaurant was another highlight — the food was absolutely outstanding, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious dishes that changed daily. Every meal was a treat, and the service there was just as impeccable as everywhere else in the hotel. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and deeply grateful for the incredible experience. This hotel sets a gold standard for true hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Sehr gute Ausstattung und tolles Personal.

Das Essen war grenzwertig. Große Auswahl aber sehr schlechte Qualität.

Personal ist absolut weltklasse, schönes Hotel, Essen auch Riesen Auswahl da wird einem nicht Faad. Haben uns auch massieren lassen, war preislich auch absolut in Ordnung. War wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung jederzeit wieder!

Einziges Manko uns war nicht klar dass man nur in dem "Hauptpool" schwimmen darf.

Große Zimmer -weitläufige Anlage, alles sauber und schön bepflanzt -Parkplätze immer ausreichend verfügbar -Liegen am Strand und Pool bequem und sauber, kein Gedränge -Gute Preise für Getränke (Halbpension) -Personal an der Rezeption kompetent, schnell und freundlich, ebenso die Reinigungskräfte

-Personal im Restaurant ist (zum Teil) überfordert. Es fehlt zb Besteck (nur eine Gabel aber zwei Messer liegen am Tisch), oder den einen Tag muss man Wasser zahlen, den anderen nicht. Man wird an Tische gesetzt, die schon vergeben sind. -Fön keine gute Qualität -Bodylotion/Conditioner wurden nicht ohne Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

Wir haben anstelle eines Zimmers mit Meerblick zu viert eine Villa mit Privatpool ohne Aufpreis erhalten 😊
